Do you mean leaving [[ram's horn]] the page for the non-portable ones, and using a disambig note on that page to come to the disambiguation page, which would then link to a [[ram's horn (artefact)]] page? If I interpreted that correctly, then the portable and non-portable horns are still getting different pages, which is good, but now the general rule that search terms that match the disambiguation lead to the disambiguation page isn't being met, which is not good (if not necessarily very bad *shrug*).
