I know Kaelin helped found Mhaldor, but it seems he never actually got the "Tyrannus" title at the time of the city's founding. According to my source (the Mhaldorian museum), Hwolf was the first Tyrannus. I'm fairly certain there was a Tyrannus before Ilsefi that wasn't a member of Sartan's order. I don't have the information for sure, but I'm fairly confident some in the list were members of Shaitan or Apollyon's orders instead. | |||
