Found it today, it's up again. Don't know when it was raised though. Description below; please don't just copy paste into the article proper.

Intricate sigils of inlaid mithril wind and wend the length of this slender ivory sceptre, ending a half-foot below the apex. Six golden bands, each perhaps two inches high, encircle the rod at the last half-foot, each separated by a band of gleaming mother-of-pearl of identical height. The bejewelled dragon skull that adorns the tip of the Dragon Sceptre, Icon of the Templars, is one taken from a fallen dragon in Nishnatoba during the War of Humanity. Rubies shine where once were eyes, and emeralds and sapphires glint brightly in place of scales. The Sceptre, once wielded by the Dragonmaster himself, Han-Tolneth, shines forth with a radiant white light. --Kunama 15:54, 20 July 2010 (UTC)
