The information about Berel's connection to Adryn is from Berel's response to the word "Adryn." I don't know of any quest it's really relevant to, but there may be one I haven't found. As far as making a fuss of his enemy status... I included it because Lord Adryn and the knights make a fuss about Berel's raiders and create a sense of ongoing conflict.
