The information about Berel's connection to Adryn is from Berel's response to the word "Adryn." I don't know of any quest it's really relevant to, but there may be one I haven't found. As far as making a fuss of his enemy status... I included it because Lord Adryn and the knights make a fuss about Berel's raiders and create a sense of ongoing conflict. Well, actually there is a quest involved in it, is the problem. Also, I think enemies would relate to other villages, divine orders, organisations, basically. I'd edit it to be more vague, if you could, and remove Berel as an enemy. If you can't find the time, don't worry, I'll get to it. Just want to give you a chance to do it the way you want it done.
