Despite being made of so many ingredients as to make its origins near impossible to deduce, the small edible ball of seftonium is reportedly very tasty. When eaten, it will reset any class switch cooldown. Neither specifically a herb, mineral, nor curative at all, seftonium first became available during Mayaween of 696 AF and can only be obtained via special promotions.
