Scrag, tender of the bloodleech pool, is a Chaos Lord who can be found before a fountain of blood upon the Chaos Plane. A strange-looking dwarf with a leering grin and an eternal stench, Scrag is overprotective of his pets, bloodleeches that serve occultist-classed adventurers in the skill of domination.
