The Revolutionaries of Chaos is a clan created to serve the missing God Babel. Members of the clan attempt to bring back the God by serving and searching for Him during His absence. Their mark is that of the twin, symbolised by the "II" mark branded into their arm that is made manifest through ritual. They are large in number and very secretive of their ways.
