Nestled deep within the plane of Frysta, Radak's Hold is a fortified encampment acting as a sanctuary for the unsavoury. Home to the Murai, the Buluz, and the Salthu, the Hold is a melting pot of scoundrels, murderers, thieves, and thugs, dealing in all manner of black market goods and occasionally other "services". None are more ruthless and decadent than Radak himself, surrounded by a trophy assistant and a serai of beautiful women as he rules with an iron fist.

Salthu orphanage
The orphanage is a bland, unremarkable building of sandstone situated in the southern side of the Hold. The energetic boys of Radak's Hold invariably find themselves in the Salthu orphanage under the care of the institution's cook. Most of them idolise Radak and can see a future only his service.
History
Radak's Hold was discovered by Achaean adventurers in 758 AF, when interplanar pathways through Yggdrasil became open after the escape of Pazuzu from the Prime Material Plane.
