Percival, the innkeeper, tends the common room of his tavern on Domus Street in the snowbound town of Caer Witrin with a cheerful and welcoming demeanour. His wide grin and exuberant greeting are as warming as the food and drink he sells.

Percival's Wares

Eggnog (two-handled mug) - 20gp
This mug is made of thick ceramic, with two wide handles, one on either side, for ease of holding hot beverages with cold, stiff hands. It is glazed in enamel blue, and bears a relief of a snow leopard, perched upon an icy rock, fangs bared.
Mulled cider (two-handled mug) - 30gp

Hot cocoa (two-handled mug) - 10gp

Apricot brandy (two-handled mug) - 40gp
This mug is made of thick ceramic, with two wide handles, one on either side, for ease of holding hot beverages with cold, stiff hands. It is glazed in enamel blue, and bears a relief of a snow leopard, perched upon an icy rock, fangs bared.
Beef and mushroom stew - 80 gp
This is a meal for the senses. Broth nearly as thick as gravy fills the bowl, dotted with generous chunks of beef and vegetables that tempt your eyes and taste buds. The earthy scent of herbs and pepper tickles your nose, and the thick green-glazed ceramic bowl warms your hands as you anticipate each delicious bite. A large crusty roll, balanced carefully on the rim, makes you wonder if you even need a spoon.
Serving of beef pie - 150gp
A few thick layers of flaky puff pastry surround well-cooked meat, making the meal more filling. The beef's juice stains the inner layer of pastry, leaving it wet and pink. The pie's smell is salty and robust, the perfect meal for a cold winter's day.
Steaming bowl of roast venison - 220gp
A rich, tasty cut of venison has been slowly marinaded with olives, onions and sweet tomatoes, until a thick, delicious stew results. With just the right quantities of salt and pepper, it is both delicious and filling.
Bowl of hearty moose stew - 80gp
Lean but not tough, the chunks of moose meat in this bowl of stew could be mistaken for beef, but they lack the marbling of fat that distinguishes most beef. The rich stew's smell is savoury but not gamey, and the meat is so tender that it falls apart as you take it on your fork.
