In this [[House]] government form, three members hold leadership over the organisation, but of the three, one is appointed amongst them to a more powerful Oligarch position. All three members of the '''Oligarchy''' will not be able to exercise their powers of office until a successor is chosen, thus there should always be three successors at all times. Similarly, all three members must respond to any challenges to their position by their respective successors within a limited time frame, or their office is lost. Oligarchs can hold the office until the end of a chosen definite term. No referendums or elections are involved in an Oligarchy.
