Oak hitching post

Strong and unfinished, an oak hitching post consists of two sturdy stanchions connected by a third beam bolted in place across the top. The artefact post, once placed in a personal home, allows for all manner of creatures — pets, minipets, and mounts — to be hitched carefully into place, whilst holding the entire piece together against the recalcitrance of those tethered. Tethered creatures remain so indefinitely. Hitching posts are available for sale at the House of Wonders in Delos.
