Nocturni

The thin and bony fingers of nocturni guards clutch a pendant of blue crystal in their grasp. Along with a slender copper staff crackling with blue electrical energies, they use the pendant to focus their limited understanding of magic to protect the city-state of Hashan. Their countenance is completely hid within their voluminous hooded black robes.
