Used by adventurers of the jester class, artefact mouse baits allow them to fish for suicide mice and increase the maximum number of trained suicide mice the Jester can have. The varieties of mouse baits are:
- a small wheel of Nimickian farmstead
- a wedge of Shamtotan cheddar
- a compact chunk of creamy Combatia cheese
