A metal crowning is an unusual artefact staff fixture forged from some unknown but incredibly strong metal. Taking roughly the shape of a crown or coronet, the base is circular and hollow, and tipped by half a dozen glistening peaks. Designed to sit atop a stave, the jagged tips of the piece allow it enhance damage dealt - together with a iron shoe and black leather strapping, which are prerequisites - by a practitioner of Shikudo by twenty percent.
