The Lunar Mystic stands guard within the Tower of the Moon and Stars inside the Dome of the Triad enshrouded in a midnight-blue veil adorned with a circlet of three delicately-intertwined metallic bands of gold, silver, and copper that glisten in subtle imitation of city's namesake.
