The '''Library of the Ancients''' is located deep within [[Azdun]] dungeon. Built by [[Meran'tir]] and his two sons, the first of the [[Lorewardens]], it is protected by a magical shield that protects the books inside by keeping the air inside the library dry, and paper eating vermin outside, but allows [[adventurers]] to pass through freely without harm.

The library has four wings in the directions of north, south, east, and west connected by a central reading room. The ghostly figure of [[Candlemas]], last of the Lorewardens, lingers here keeping the library clean and orderly.
