Ever the faithful servant, Lampe spends all his time in Ashtan's Philospher's Plaza, where he guards his master Ikant. Lampe conducts all business on behalf of the silent intellectual but rarely feels the need to intervene against those who would interrupt the philosopher, as the man rarely acknowledges outside stimulus anyway.
