An herb that grows in the ocean. Kelp is known for it's ability to strengthen ones weakened body, as well as curing other physical-related afflictions, such as asthma. Kelp can be both smoked and eaten, depending on what ails the user. It can also be used in several [[:Category:Elixirs|elixirs].
