Kelan Muk'tre was leader of the Morningcloaks branch of the Jaguars crime ring. He was also known by the alias "Ferret" and prefers to be called by that nickname.
In 363 Shallamese citizens raided the Morningcloaks hideout just outside Shallam and killed Kelan Muk'tre. However, he has managed to return from death and from time to time to can be heard taunting his attackers across their city's communication channel.
