Jahalen, Master of Sparrow's Rest, is an elderly human, though one would be foolhardy to presume weakness of body or infirmity of the mind. Within Jahalen dwells an indomitable will that is undeniably expressed in his steely grey eyes. Bald and adorned in simple brown robes, Jahalen is not much to look at, nor is his personality particularly kind. Visitors to the forest village of Sparrow's Rest will quickly find themselves shoo'ed away or, on rare occasion, sent on an errand by Jahalen.
