Ithin'urai, called the Element Weaver, is a prominent Tsol'teth scientist and breeder. A close associate of Agith'tai, he is responsible for overseeing many strains of Tsol'teth progeny development. Ithin'urai was driven mad after mind-melding with the tortured Kosuira in 726 AF.
