Ingredients currently available are: salt, sugar, flour, spices, seeds, nuts, fruits, vegetables, cheese, butter, eggs, grain, dough, pasta, meat, fish, poultry, milk, water, oil, and chocolate.
Ingredients are used in Cooking recipes.
All ingredients are stored in the rift in maximum quantities of 500. Meat is given special conditions and can decay over time.
Some ingredients may be stored in a pocketbelt; these are generally the pre-refined items, such as grain, sugarcane, etc.
