My Lord, for You I find my industry

Oft pondering what I wish to partake

There are so many things which I could make

At the forge, against You, do I wish to vie?

Though I would not equal, do I dare to try?

A jeweller by trade perhaps I could take

Perhaps a tailor, for Your name's sake

Whatever I make, may You be happy

Lord Phaestus bend down your great hand to me

Gift me with skills I ask on my behest

For by my hard work I do find my muse

By industry I will live and will be

I always will strive to do my best

For by my own hands I will find my use
