'''Groukar''' the [[orc]] is one of the many slaves of [[Mhaldor]]. However, because of his embracing of the [[Seven Truths]], he has been acknowledged as one of the more superior of his rank and has authority over the other slaves.  

Groukar has played a pivotal role in the [[Jaru War]] where he helped build the dam that flooded the village, destroying the newly constructed walls. He is also responsible for the construction of the pillory at Pestilent Way. He has a strong but slightly dysfunctional friendship with [[Maric]].
