The '''Great Southern Road''', also known as simply the '''Southern Road''', runs from the [[Old Road]] at the southern edge of the [[Dakhota Hills]] and along the base of the [[Vashnar Mountains]] towards the [[Mhojave Desert]]. Curving eastward, the road follows the mountains and passes through the [[Shamtota Hills]] and [[Pash Valley]], ending in the fishing community of [[Jaru]]. It is via this road that most [[adventurer|adventurers]] reach the city of [[Cyrene]].
