Embracing death is the act of embracing one's circumstances after one has died. The soul arrives at the edge of the Soulrealms where, if the Endbringer (now the Finality) deems your death untimely (and most adventurer deaths are), one is judged before reawakening in the Cave of Thoth, freshly resurrected.
