Dultas

Pale and androgynous, Dultas, Lieutenant of Kemnast commands the Death Knight control centre in Osterrych citadel. He has piercing blue eyes and his white hair is in an elegant ponytail. His slender frame is girded with spare black armour blazoned with the claymores and skulls motifs of his superior, Kemnast. Despite his vampiric appearance, he is not one, and actually has a noticeable hatred of their kind.
