Dolls

Practitioners of Vodun possess the ability to fashion dolls of other adventurers from rope and cloth and imbue them with life energy. Each fashion of the doll brings it closer to being semi-living, which allows different powers to be channeled through it. Powerful Vodun masters are rumoured to be able to do anything from leeching life experiences away to slaying adventurers from afar. Each day a doll exists, it loses approximately five fashions. The doll must either be obtained or destroyed, or the master who created it must be slain to break the doll's powerful hold over the adventurer after which it is modelled.
