Adventurer death in Achaea is not permanent, resulting in only experience loss and sometimes hurt pride. An adventurer dies when his or her health drops to zero.

Creature or denizen death can be either temporary or permanent, depending upon Godly will. Following the death of Thoth the Endbringer, Ugrach, the Finality succeeded god as the Curator of Death.

The Huskmaker relic, can magically animate dead adventurers for a short time. The only time adventurer death is permanent is when he or she commits suicide.

Prior to his own demise, the topic of Death could be further explored, theologically or otherwise, through the Endbringer and his related influences on the world.
