The Citadel of Light was created by the Te'Serra from the former Holy Church of Achaea in 568 AF, and its members were appointed by Them to both serve and lead the Jewel of the East.
Little was known of the organisation itself, outside of the devout piety that was required of its inhabitants and the ideals of which it followed: Order, Light, and Good.
The crystalline structure was destroyed by the undead dragon Sycaerunax in 612 AF during the fall of Shallam.
