Fashioned of braided silver, the Circlet of the Will is a defensive artefact grants its wearer increased willpower regeneration. Though only a half inch thick, the circlet seems to contain literally hundreds of strands of silver, all tightly woven together. Inscribed into the surface of the circlet is the phrase "the Will can always triumph."
