Chain-shot

Chain-shot is a unit of ship ammunition which can be fired from an onager. It consists of six links of long chain bristling with bolts, spikes, and barbs. It's purpose is to damage the sails of a target ship, binding them until such a time as they are cleared. Additionally, when coated in dragon's tears, they will cause the target ship's sails to catch fire. When fired at sea monsters, chain-shot will slow the creatures movement speed for a short time.
