Should probably leave redirect pages (eg. Meteor Arrow) alone; don't delete them. :I think I've noticed, however, that incorrect capitalisations in your search immediately take you to the correctly-uncapitalised page you are looking for, without needing a redirect. (Examples: Drinking Horn --> Drinking horn, Horn of Plenty --> Horn of plenty. Indeed, I categorised those capitalised enchantment articles as pending deletion because no such capitalised redirect equivalent exists for artefacts with uncapitalised names.)
