:Caps and brief info included on every term seems to be decided on. A decision about periods needs to be made; my opinion is that they should be there. Finally, the opening sentence needs to be consistent; I like "<term> can refer to any of the following:", with "any" possibly being replaced with "either" when there are only two pages within the disambiguation. Disambig notes on content pages also need to be made uniform; "This article is about <whatever>.
