Cacalos

Cacalos, the mad, resides in Sparrow's Rest. Gibbering incoherently, he rambles about through the small village, making the occasional claim of knowing things, without ever elaborating on what those things might be. His pale skin and white hair give him an almost ghoulish appearance, only amplifying the sense of madness that shrouds him.
