Cabalist's cowl

A cabalist's cowl is a rare artefact which was has been put up for auction and sold in 541 and in 634 AF. Secretly enchanted with an incantation of unknown origin, legend has it these cowls and their owners were tossed upon pyres during the Burning Times. Whilst the corpses of the occultists withered and charred, the cloaks themselves remain unharmed by the flames. Thought lost forever, some cowls were recovered and sold, granting their new owners a 50% reduction in karma cost for all occult abilities. They have been won by Tanris and Zulah respectively.
