Astara, the Oracle of the Moon, assists those wishing to learn more about the divine order of Ourania, Goddess of the Moon. A serpent-like figure with coils of writhing snakes for hair, Astara wears a silky black veil that covers everything about her visage aside from her black, pupil-less eyes.
