Abrecan, the Magistrate, oversees the city justice system from within the Ashtan Courthouse in the Library of Nicator. A golden scarf, signifying her position within the city, falls about her shoulders and stands out against her black robe. Very little escapes the Magistrate's confident gaze from her post within the Halls of Justice.
