Possession of the perfectly pruned imperial grapevine (shortname: grapevin) grants the ability to propagandise in locations where such tales may swiftly spread - namely bars, taverns, and similar drinking establishments. Functionally, it mimics the Sagas Gossip ability. Themed for the Eldritch Empire of Ruin, the budding rumormonger need only exert the libational powers of the plant a little before sitting back and watching the chaos begin.
