Gods may opt to designate a member of Their Divine Order as the Order Champion. This is immediately apparent in the champion's honours. Order Champions are able to challenge other Order Champions to mortal combat, provided there is a state of ire to at least the fourth grade (Contempt). Champions are a lightning rod for a patron's wrath against other Orders and consequently contribute more greatly to ire on both ends.
