An Azatlani atlatl (short name: atlatl) is a single-use, long-range artefact spear-throwing device from the distant land of Azatlan. It can be launched at any adventurer outdoors within the same area. The trajectory of the atlatl spear is visible to all as it arcs, and when it finds its target it will do enormous damage to that person.
