Squall Cleft

Tucked away amidst the rolling dales of the Sarave Foothills is the valley of Squall Cleft. For centuries, this geographic formation has remained hidden within the Northern Vasnari mountains from all but the native rajamala tribe that make it their home. However, due to the efforts of a solitary traveller interested in the secluded society, a navigable path has finally been created.

Though the Akubi live in relative peace, it is said that locale's regular storms bear nightmares alongside their tearing winds; it would be wise to never be caught within the horrors of the passing gale.

Fauna: Stags, deer, and fawn roam the valley along with grey rabbits. During storms there are numerous hydroform creatures.

Culture: The tattooed rajamala that live in the valley have been secluded from the rest of civilization until recently. Far from hostile to outsiders, they are friendly to visitors. Instead of using gold sovereigns they barter using peculiar rocks. During the violent storms in the valley they take refuge in nearby caves.
