Bacchus

Bacchus is the jolly, overweight, often-drunk bartender selling a small variety of alcoholic drinks - tequila, red wine, mead, and champagne - atop the [[|Nitre's House|House of Nitre]] balcony. Bacchus' bar is cut into the hardened sand wall of the building. Quite the hospitable barman, Bacchus doesn't hesitate to invite visitors to sit down and have a drink; after all, while some people believe booze is bad for the body, Bacchus' own pithy observation is that its good for the soul.
