Maricel, an old woman, is Amadia's mother and a talented portrait artist who crafts the lovely lockets sold at Amadia's Jewellery Shoppe of Ashtan. Sometime around the year 363 AF, the shop was targed by thugs, members of a worldwide crime organisation who called themselves the Jaguars.
