Quel'zar, the Surgeon is one of Belladona's loyal vampiric servants. Dwelling within her [[Belladona's Keep|Keep] he performs gruesome medical experiments on those unfortunate enough to end up on his operating table. The mutant Glixx is one of his more 'successful' projects.
