Rarthim, the Head Slaver, is a sadistic Gnoll who dwells deep within the Manara Burrow. Cruel and cunning, he has risen to supervise all of the slaves under the dominion of the Gnolls and takes particular delight in torturing his mingruk captives. Rarthim takes affront at any who try to free or aid his slaves.
