Wax tablet of petrified wood

An artefact designed by the scribes of the Ioje compound, a wax tablet of petrified wood can be twinned with another to share written information across any distance. Pushing new tablets towards one another link them and, after writing upon one, a small shake will cause its content to appear upon the twinned tablet.
