Weaving about in front of you upon two sets of translucent, intricately veined wings is a giant pernicon. A mesmerising pattern of irregularly shaped green and yellow spots cover its entire body. Smooth, sickle-shaped mandibles gleam and drip a malodorous fluid from wickedly sharp tips, and a long, tongue-like appendage droops down from its mouth.
