A sycophantic shoulder cape (short name: deathcape) is a magical artefact which absorbs residual death energy of denizens slain by its wearer. The consumed lifeforce suffuses the wearer with a short-lived health bonus (up to 150% of maximum health) which the wearer keeps so long as the garment is supplied with fresh kills.
